Akrivis authors chapter in GIR Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations
Akrivis Law Group, PLLC is pleased to announce that it has once again contributed a chapter to the annual Global Investigations Review (GIR). This chapter, titled Parallel Civil Litigation: The U.S. perspective, addresses aspects of U.S. civil litigation that may ensue in the event of a criminal investigation.
London-based GIR is considered one of the preeminent trade groups for attorneys and other professionals in the white collar, internal investigations, and sanctions field.
