Kristen Xiao

Kristen Xiao supports the firm’s international trade practice, with a focus on sanctions, export control, and customs compliance and enforcement, and assists with a variety of white collar and civil litigation-related matters.

Prior to joining Akrivis, she gained legal and trade policy experience as an intern at the Cato Institute’s Center for Trade Policy Studies, and participation in a Georgetown-University-led World Trade Organization (WTO) legal clinic working with the Office of U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).
