Donald P. Moore

As Senior Counsel, Donald Moore’s practice focuses on sophisticated cross-border transactions and complex transnational problems that can arise in corporate operations. A seasoned attorney and business executive, Mr. Moore has extensive experience on matters in the United States, as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, Iraq, Afghanistan, and in Asia in areas of defense & security, life support contracts, transportation-asset financing, and infrastructure development.

Mr. Moore was previously a partner at a number of firms, including the Abu Dhabi offices of both Reed Smith LLP and Holland & Knight LLP, serving as the founding partner in the latter.  Prior to that, he practiced at both Holland & Knight and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Miami.  Mr. Moore was also in-house counsel at Ryder System, Inc.
