Victoria Budhan

Victoria Budhan’s practice focuses on white collar defense and commercial litigation as well as complex regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.

Ms. Budhan assists firm partners on matters concerning to litigation and white collar defense, as well as on U.S. sanctions compliance.  She has particular experience in ongoing compliance concerns for companies, including screening and OFAC licensing. Prior to joining Akrivis, she served in several legal capacities including as legal intern at Kroll Inc., legal intern at Sethi Clarity Advisers, and student member at the New York City Bar Securities Litigation Committee.
